I was saddened to hear the news of Nicki. While we only worked together briefly, she was very supportive, knowledgeable, and a great asset in helping me grow into the role. She was always happy to answer questions and work through issues together, which really helped my learning. She was quite personable and was very valued by the team, and particularly with trainees!
