Nicki lit up the on-call room with her warmth and sense of fun and was always the first to offer support or help when I needed it. She was completely approachable and so generous with her time and knowledge, I knew I could ask her any question and she would always be happy to explain in a way I could understand. She really cared about her work and was inspiring to work alongside. Nicki was always on the verge of laughter and had a sparkle in her eye that let you know you were in for a fun day.
