I joined SLHPT in November 2020 and unfortunately never got to meet Nicki face to face. However, when I first started admin on call I wasn't very confident and Nicki was always SO supportive and made me recognise my progress. I will miss her 'love heart' emoji's and fun comments in the group chat and I will always remember her kindness. My thoughts are very much with her friends and family.
