I will always remember Nicki with so much fondness. She was such a professional at work, so knowledgeable and confident. She faced challenges head-on and no day on duty with her was ever dull. She was great fun to be around and a real friend who genuinely made time for everyone. With Nicki on your side, you always felt she “had your back”. I know she would want to give each of us a big hug and to tell us we will be OK. I miss you Nicki, rest in peace.
