It's hard to wrap my head around the fact that Nicki's no longer with us. From the start of working with her, she was always looking out for you, full of knowledge and experience but with a vein of silliness to keep you sane. She was so much fun, and I'm sad I didn't get to spend more time working with her. One of my strongest memories with the team was her dissolving in tears after speaking to a bereaved father of a young child - a testament to her compassion in what could be a tough job. I'm lucky to have known her, and been under her wing, if only for a little while. We'll all miss you, and you'll be forever loved in the team, Nicki xx
