Nicki was a valued team member but also a real individual, someone whom everyone remembered after a short stint in the team, and whom we will all remember going forward. As a colleague, she was always full of lighthearted banter and nicknames, while also keeping her focus on ‘the board’ (our workstack). In her work, she stood out for her ability to make a real connection with members of public on the phone, no matter what their concerns, and she was particularly generous with her time when talking to people with worries about immunisations, or with sick children. She touched many lives. RIP Nicki.
